Hi there! – Welcome to the Anxiety Bear Blog

As someone who has been dealing with Depression and Anxiety for most of my life, I started this blog at the start of my journey to becoming a therapist. I’m hoping that through writing about these conditions and others, I can begin to open up a conversation around the areas of mental health and self-care and why they are important to discuss openly and without stigma. Along with this I hope to eventually share my experience in formal training in order to help anyone who may be interested in pursuing a career in Mental Health.
